*Please note that Sweet Beet will be closed on Sunday, December 24th (and the next day when we are normally closed, Monday the 25th).
We will reopen Tuesday, December 26th, and have normal hours thereafter, with a special New Year’s Eve dinner event for the 31st. Call to reserve a spot!

Starting this fall, regretfully will no longer be offering lunches due to staffing challenges, but we will remain open 6 nights a week, opening earlier, at 4 pm (not 5 pm), Tuesday-Sunday, year-round! We are excited about this new structure and hope you do too!

In the occasion we do have to go further afield, it is only in our continual pursuit of excellent quality and flavor.

Sweet Beet Bistro is a happy little spot for dining, situated in a classic historical building in the charming village of Greenwich, New York.

We work with 50 or so local farms and businesses, our mission is to be as community oriented and as locally sourced as possible, without sacrificing quality! Conscientious of dietary needs, we have many savory gluten-free and vegetarian menu items. We take pride in offering high quality produce, cheeses, meats, poultry and seafood. We have a unique wine selection of organic and local wines and local Argyle Brewery beer.

Everything we serve, is lovingly hand-crafted and created by our Seattle trained but local Executive Chef, Helen McIntosh.

Located along the Battenkill River, amongst rolling hills, artisans and farms, in beautiful Washington County, our bistro is less than 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Cambridge, and Southern Vermont.
